Clio is a company that emerged in the boom of AI tools, its great differential is the creation of actors/characters in a personalized way, its skeleton tool that allows you to choose the exact pose is something innovative and not yet seen in the market.

Challenge
The big challenge was to define the features and settings that would be available to the user since the universe of stable diffusion is infinite. With different models and renders, there is no limit to imagination.
My goal was to organize every detail in a cohesive way in the interface to generate a smooth experience for users who have never used an AI tool before and for heavy users looking for something more complex.
Results
The redesigned app features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and access essential features.
The improved onboarding process resulted in a 35% increase in new user adoption rates.
The addition of personalization and customization options enhanced user engagement, leading to a 25% increase in user retention rates.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the Clio's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

Conclusion
Acting on this project as an individual contributor, working hands-on was a great challenge but it was also a lot of fun, it's a whole new universe and being able to contribute to Clio raising its first seed round was rewarding.
I continue to collaborate with the Clio team, now as a partner and advisor.
